In partnership with FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, Smart Communications, Inc. is treating its subscribers with ways to join in on the fun and own a piece of sports history. The leading telecommunications provider is dropping exclusive digital collectibles at the tournament venues.

Shinys, the company’s own non-fungible tokens (NFTs) will be up for grabs exclusively for Smart subscribers attending the FIBA events in the Philippines. Attendees will be able to join the raffle for an NFT of JIP, FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023’s official mascot.

In addition, each minted Shiny NFT also equates to one (1) entry for the Gilas Art Prints and FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Finals Pass. The Gilas Art Prints are made by Mike Swift, also known as Mr. Pinoy Hoops, a renowned artist and basketball advocate. He previously made headlines around the world because of his iconic art tribute for Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant at the Tenement Court in Taguig City.
