Philippine mobile network provider Smart has unveiled its latest postpaid plans: the SIM-Only Signature Plans+ 999. These plans start at just Php999 per month and offer a number of “unli” features.
The base tier of the SIM-Only Signature Plans+ 999 comes with unlimited 5G data for 12 months, unlimited mobile calls and texts to all networks, and unlimited landline calls. Subscribers also get a 20GB open-access data allowance per month along with a new Netflix Mobile Plan (or a Php149 discount on existing subscription).
Higher tiers have the same unlimited features but offer increased open-access data allowances. At Plan 2499, the data usage becomes truly unlimited that covers both 4G and 5G.

Smart also offers a more affordable option of its SIM-only plans at Php599 per month, but this comes with fewer unli service inclusions and a smaller data allowance.
Interested users can visit the Smart Online Store at https://smrt.ph/postpaidesim to apply for a new eSIM. Upon approval, Smart will email the postpaid eSIM. Users need only scan the unique QR code to activate it and start enjoying the unlimited inclusions.
To attract and retain subscribers, Smart claims it offers the fastest and most reliable network in the country. Data from network analytics provider Ookla shows that Smart has consistently maintained top rankings across three consecutive reporting periods—both halves of 2022 and the first half of 2023.
According to Ookla’s Speedtest Global Index for June 2023, Smart’s median download speed stands at 35.39Mbps, outpacing its competitors: Globe, with 22.68Mbps, and DITO, with 19.69Mbps.
