The OnePlus Buds was just announced as the company’s first true wireless (TWS) earphones.

It was launched alongside the OnePlus Nord. This mid-range device lacks a headphone jack, giving the company an excuse to market the new OnePlus Buds.

The OnePlus Buds brags up to 30 hours of battery life with the charging case, with each buds carrying an impressive 7 hours of music playback in a single charge. What’s more, a quick 10-minute charge can already provide 10 hours of music listening.

Each bud is rigged with three microphones for noise cancellation and clear voice pick up for calls and voice recordings.

Providing the music are the 13.4mm dynamic drivers, which offer 3D stereo thanks to Dolby Atmos. It also has Dirac Audio Tuner support.

For the interface, the OnePlus Buds have touch-sensitive surfaces that let you easily control music, summon voice assistant, or switch between devices easily.

Just like most TWS earphones, it has a Fast Pair process and low-latency mode provided by Bluetooth 5.0. Plus, an IPX4 rating for water and dust resistance for your active lifestyle.

To match the OnePlus Nord, the OnePlus Buds also come in teal-like Nord Blue color. A more basic White and Gray color options are also available. It will be available in select markets starting July 27 for a price of USD79 (around Php3,900). The OnePlus Buds is expected to arrive in the Philippines through Digital Walker.
