In a recently held conference yesterday, OPPO not only satisfied the hype around the Find N3 Flip but also amplified the interest with the reveal of the OPPO Watch 4 Pro.

With a design that is fresh and unique, the OPPO Watch 4 Pro sets itself apart from its predecessors. Unlike previous models that were built for endurance due to aluminum alloy in their build, this latest installment in the Watch series is made rugged using a 316 stainless steel frame. For improved texture and strength, the base employs ceramic while having either a silicone or leather strap to wrap around the wrist.

At 1.91-inch, the Watch 4 Pro offers a tall curved AMOLED panel that enables Always-On Display (AOD) and LTPO display. Instead of showcasing shades of only black and white, the AOD demonstrates a more colorful display. Leveraging on the screen’s dimensions, the curved glass on top features 378 x 496 resolution with 326 PPI. Without the strap, the OPPO Watch 4 Pro weighs 52.3 grams.

Powering the Watch 4 Pro are also two chipsets—the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 and the BES 2700—that work seamlessly on two different profiles. Heavier tasks are handled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 while the BES 2700 manages activities in low-power mode. In support of the dual chipsets are also the 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

Designed for keeping track of the user’s health, the new smartwatch is pre-built with 24 sensors that monitor heart rate, blood oxygen, blood sugar, sleep, etc., round-the-clock.

Apart from merely giving users data to look into, the device can also provide warnings to users concerning irregularities, such as in heart rhythm, stress, and sleep snoring risk.

At full charge, the device can last up to 14 days under minimal load but can be drastically reduced to just 5 days on maximum load. But with efficiency in charging with its design, the Watch 4 Pro can charge an hour of battery in just 10 minutes while receiving a total battery charge in just 65 minutes.

The OPPO Watch 4 Pro comes in two variations. One is the Polar Night Black with a silicon strap for 2,299 Yuan (around $315) but can be pre-ordered for just 2,199 Yuan (roughly $302). The other is the Dawn Brown with a leather strap, which will sell for 2,499 Yuan (approximately $343) but can be pre-ordered for 2,399 Yuan (~$329).
