Mobile gaming sure has come a long way. It’s one of the most profitable industries in the tech world, and hardware companies like Razer want a piece of the pie.
Dubbed as the Razer Phone Color Chroma, this one is essentially a cooling fan that you can attach at the back of your phone, which should help keep the temperature down for when your gaming.

We’ve seen products like this from other brands before. But since it’s from Razer, it has the brand’s signature Chroma RGB lighting. You can choose color combinations on its 12 LED lights via a dedicated app while it’s connected to your smartphone with its Bluetooth LE connectivity.
This device consists of a 7-bladed fan that spins at 6400rpm that’s relatively quiet at 30db. It also has an aluminum heat sink, electronic peltier cooling tile, and a cooling plate. To keep it light, Razer didn’t bother to put batteries on it. Instead, you’d be bothered by the included 1.5m USB Type-C to Type-C that’s always plugged in for it to work.
It comes in two variants. There’s the MagSafe one for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, while Android phones get the universal clamp version.
The Razer Phone Cooler Chroma has a price of USD59.99 (around Php3,000). That’s for both the Universal Clamp and MagSafe versions. It’s now available in the United States.
