Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Watch 5 Lite with useful features that make for a great daily driver whether you’re a casual user or heavy into fitness.
Following the release of the Redmi Watch 5 Active last month, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite comes out with a more premium, contrasty, colorful, and power-efficient 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 502 x 410 resolution for a 332ppi and a decent 75.8% screen-to-body ratio. Always-On Display (AOD) is also supported.

It comes in two colors, Gold and Black, uses a glossy frame, and has a couple of official TPU strap options to match your style: Lemon Yellow, Mint Green, and Candy Pink.
You can then personalize the watch better by choosing from over 200 watch faces that show other data like step count, battery life, and more.

For fitness junkies, the Watch 5 Active has over 150 workout modes, which includes a couple of swimming activities thanks to its 5ATM water resistance rating. It also has a five-system GNSS satellite positioning to record your routes when running, walking, or riding.
Xiaomi also equipped it with dual-mic noise cancellation and speakers so you can answer calls right within the watch over Bluetooth.

It then has a decent 470mAh battery that lasts for up to 18 days under typical use, 12 days for heavy use, and 7 days with AOD enabled.
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite is available in India for a price of INR3,999 (~Php2,700). Release details in the Philippines are yet to be known.
