Xiaomi’s latest entry-level smartwatch has been introduced in India, the Redmi Watch Move. Its release in the Philippines will happen very likely, albeit confirmation is yet to be made.
The Redmi Watch Move features a large 1.85-inch AMOLED screen with a 450 x 390 pixel resolution, 50- 60Hz refresh rate, 600-nit peak brightness, and 74% screen-to-body ratio.

It is also one of the cheapest watches to have a digital crown, which Xiaomi calls the Functional Crown. It’s used for smoother navigation and has long-press actions. The Quick Release Strap mechanism makes strap replacement much easier.
There are over 200 watch faces to choose from in the Mi Fitness app, with five customizable layouts. It’s available in Gold Rush, Blue Blaze, Black Drift, and Silver Sprint.

Xiaomi boasts it has the longest battery life in its segment. It lasts up to 14 days on a single charge, 5 days with AOD enabled, and 2 days with just a 10-minute charge.
Health monitoring features include Sleep tracking, heart rate, SpO2, stress, breathing, steps, calories, and women’s reproductive health cycle. There are over 140 sports modes.

The watch has an IP68 dust and water resistance rating and can be submerged up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. It runs on Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS.
Those who are in India can get the Redmi Watch Move for INR1,999 (~Php1,300).
