The Cherry Mobile Burst 2.0 is Now Available for Php4,699

The much-awaited Flare 2.0 has already been launched and its bang for the buck specs and Php3,999 price tag should make it an instant hit. Still, there are still a few who are holding off until the other upcoming phones get released. Well, it didn’t take long, but the Cherry Mobile Burst 2.0 has just been announced by Cherry Mobile North EDSA and is on sale there for just Php4,699.

So what are you getting for the money? The Cherry Mobile Burst 2.0 has similar specs to the Flare 2.0. You’re getting a 1.2GHz quad core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB of storage, a 5mp autofocus camera and VGA front camera. However, it comes with a larger 4.5″ FWVGA screen. Interestingly enough, it’s said to come with a 2,000mAh battery for the size and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.

For now, the only place you can buy the Cherry Mobile Burst 2.0 is through the concept store at SM North EDSA, which is the norm for any new releases from the local phone brand. If you’re looking to grab one but can’t make it to SM North EDSA any time soon, stocks should roll out shortly within the next week or so. You might also want to check out the Apollo, another phone from Cherry Mobile that sports a 4.5″ HD screen for just Php6,999.
