From the looks of things, the two phones really differ from each other substantially. An example of this would be their processor and GPU. The Cherry Mobile Flare S8 has a Mediatek Helio P23 chip along with a Mali G71-MP2 GPU compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chip and Adreno 505 GPU of the Xiaomi Redmi 8A.
