A Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 was unofficially outed in the Cherry Mobile Omega HD Facebook group a few minutes ago. So what’s in for the third generation Omega smartphone? Check out more details after the break.
Earlier this morning, we saw the supposed Cherry Mobile Flare 2.0, Blaze 2.0, and Thunder 2.0 thanks to Cherry Mobile Thailand. But now, another CM android phone was found and a person named Apol Marie Duque was able to buy a unit for Php8,999. At first the members didn’t believed her but she posted the box and receipt of her purchase to justify her claim of a Cherry Mobile Omega HD successor.

In response to the unofficial unveiling of the Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0, many users has expressed their disappointment as they just purchased the Omega HD and in just a few days it was ‘outdated’ already. Meanwhile, other lurkers expressed delight as they almost bought one too and they accidentally saved themselves.

The launch of the Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 is pretty much expected as the Skyfire 2.0 is not that much of an enemy on the MyPhone A919i Duo which is considered as the best local android phone at the moment. With the Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0, it looks like the competition is now even up and we’re now about to see a true rivalry of affordable two top-notch smartphones.

Charging issues.
I was planning to buy this phone, nagamit nyo na ba more than a year? Dami ko questions about the phone, I can buy it immediately kapag maganda ang mkuha kong sagot. Sina suggest kasi sakin o plus daw.. :( di ko tuloy alam :(

Mag 1 year na po OHD 2.0 ko sa May 31 at hanggang ngaun po eh napaka ok pa rin ng OHD 2.0 ko. it really depends sa pag gamit at pag aalaga ng phone. i’m using it with the jelly case at home kasi nababagsak ng mga anak ko, but when i’m outside or nasa opisina tinatanggal ko yung jelly case kasi mas masarap gamitin at mas maganda tingnan, mukha siyang expensive phone.
with regards to its specs, given na po na kayang makipagsabayan ng OHD 2.0 sa ibang high end brands. My wife used to own OHD 2.0 din pero pinagbenta nya after 7months kasi nagkaroon kami ng iphone 4S from Smart. But after a month she swapped it for a Samsung S3 because iPhone doesn’t have the versatility and the ability to customize virtually everything compared to an Android phone.
So Basically, what i’m trying to say here, sir raffy, is that we were able to compare all 3 phones, OHD 2.0, iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S3, and believe me, di ka ipapahiya ng OHD 2.0. Kayang makipagsabayan with regards to speed, camera, processing an application or multiple applications, screen quality since all 3 units have full HD displays, sa itsura ng phones since all three phones have the elegant and “expensive” look, and browsing/surfing/uploading and downloading contents (really depends on how good your internet connection is, kami sa bahay we have 5mbps DSL from Globe)
So sir Raffy, i do hope that this will help you decide if you are going to consider buying OHD 2.0.
Yes I agree with you sir. Mas maganda sya gamitin pag walang case. Hirap idescribe nung feeling eh. Para syang premiun phone. The performance is good also, tama nasa gumagamit na yun pano nya aalagaan phone niya. :)

tanong lang po., meron din ba sa inyo ngkaproblema sa camera (ohd 2.0) pawala2 siya tas ayun rereboot ko pg open ok na then maya2 wala n naman ayaw na naman gumana ng cam.. ano kaya dapat kong ayusin dito? thanksss.. sana may sumagot.. :)
Regarding nawawalang camera function. Matagal ko naging problem yan. When I partitioned the internal storage to 2.5g and retired the unit using TWRP, nawala yung problem ko sa camera. Gusto ko na sana ibenta yung unit kung hindi mawawala yung problem.

Yung omega hd 2.0 ko 3months palang nagagamit nasa cherry mobile center daw sabi nung punag bilhan ko ang tanung magagawa paba yun o sayang nalang pera ko.. yung may contact nga jan sa cherry mobile center pa help naman oohh..
