CloudFone has announced their most affordable Kitkat smartphone, the CloudFone Ice 353e.
The handset is pretty basic: it has a small 3.5-inch display, single core CPU, and 256MB of RAM. It does have Kitkat, but it’s been optimized for devices with at least 512MB of RAM that’s why we’re not sure how this will turn out.
