HONOR has first introduced the HONOR Pad 9 back in December. Now, it has been showcased at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 for the world to see.

The HONOR Pad 9 boasts an enormous 12.1-inch IPS LCD with a decent 2.5K resolution, anti-glare technology, and of course, TUV Rheinland certifications for being flicker-free, low blue light emission, and for having no reflections.

To match the visual experience of the large display, the Pad 9 boasts 8 speakers for a surround sound experience.

For video calls, we have 2 microphones with HONOR’s self-developed voice enhancement technology and an 8-megapixel camera on the front. A circular glass on the back is for the 13-megapixel main shooter.

It is powered by a midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Keeping the lights on is a relatively small 8,000mAh battery with 35W charging. Considering the tablet’s size, HONOR could’ve crammed a bigger battery on this thing. Also, since HONOR’s Android 14 update is still in beta, this one will ship with Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2.

HONOR-Pad-9-Price-Availability

The HONOR Pad 9 is available in the sole 8GB/256GB variant in the United Kingdom for a price of EUR299.99 (~Php16,800) and USD349.99 (~Php19,600) with a keyboard case. It should land in more markets soon, including the Philippines.
