Huawei subtly released the Nova 8 SE Life in China.
As the name suggests, the Huawei Nova 8 SE Life is a toned-down version of the Nova 8 SE from last year. The biggest compromise is the drop from a MediaTek Dimensity 5G chip to the brand’s aging Kirin 710A processor.

Unlike the previous model, it now has an LCD screen instead of OLED. On the upside, it’s marginally larger at 6.6-inch. The traditional waterdrop notch was also swapped with a more modern punch-hole for the 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Around the back, we have a clean design with large camera lenses that’s quite reminiscent of the OPPO Reno 5 series. It has a curved frame, with a 48-megapixel main camera, and a 4,000mAh battery underneath that’s paired with its 40W wired charger.

The Huawei Nova 8 SE Life has a price of CNY1,899 (around Php14,800) and is now available in China.
