Lenovo has introduced a follow-up to the Xiaoxin Pad from last year with a new 2022 model.
The main upgrade that the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 2022 got is the chipset. From the 2021’s Snapdragon 662, this year’s installment is powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor. You can get it with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of expandable storage.
There’s also a roomy 10.6-inch LCD screen that boasts a 2K resolution at 2000 x 1200 pixels. There’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the top bezel, which is similar to the one found on the back.
It also has a pretty modern design with a split paint job on the back that highlights its size.
Keeping the lights on is a 7,700mAh battery, which is enough, but could still be bigger considering the large chassis.
Like a lot of new tablets, the Xiaoxin Pad 2022 comes with four speakers that have Dolby Atmos support. Charging is done via the included USB Type-C and port.

Although it’s already up on JD.com website, the official price for the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 2022 is yet to be announced. This exact device is exclusive to China. However, those who are in other markets can expect the device to arrive in their country under a different name: possibly as the Lenovo Tab P12 as the 2021 model actually ended up being the Tab P11.
