O+ Extreme Specs, Price: Octa-core CPU, 360 touch technology

O+ USA’s flagship smartphone for this holiday season, O+ Extreme has been officially announced.

The 360 touch technology was first introduced last month through the O+ 360 and 360 Alpha. It’s quite obvious that somewhere down the line, we’re going to see a high-end type of product to utilize this innovation. Now, let’s meet – O+ Extreme.

Unlike the company’s previous flagship smartphones, this one is a crossover to the phablet category with its 5.5-inch display. O+ Imagine and O+ Air, which are predecessor (despite being on an entirely new family), both have fairly manageable bodies and 5-inch displays. This is probably a move based from the results of their previous surveys that say people prefer bigger handsets nowadays.
