OPPO fully released a 4G-only version of the new OPPO A5 Pro.
The new OPPO A5 Pro 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 processor, while the 5G model launched weeks earlier enjoys a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor.
Other than the processor, OPPO left everything pretty much untouched. It still has durability features like IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water protection and can survive hot water jets with temperatures of up to 80 degrees Celsius.
It also has an aluminum motherboard cover for military-grade shock resistance.
The display uses a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits of peak brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and AGC DT-Star D+. A large 5,800mAh battery keeps the lights on, paired with 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging. OPPO claims it can retain 80% of its battery life after 4 years.
For the cameras, there’s a 50-megapixel main shooter with optical image stabilization, joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. An 8-megapixel selfie snapper is on the front. Finally, it will ship with the latest Android 15-based ColorOS 15
The OPPO A5 Pro 4G is now listed in Indonesia with a price of IDR3,100,000 (~Php10,800) for the 8GB/128GB and IDR3,500,000 (~Php12,200) for the 8GB/256GB. It will come with a free OPPO Enco Buds 3 Pro. The device is already available in the Philippines for Php10,999 with an 8GB/128GB configuration.
