Looking for a new midrange phone? Well, your options are getting bigger and bigger as new devices come out almost every day. Now, we have another one and it’s from OPPO, the A77s.

The new OPPO A77s carries a familiar set of specs and features that we’re seeing on a lot of competing devices today. For one, it comes with a 4G-only Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It has a microSD card slot to let you up the memory by up to 1TB.

Populating the front is a 6.56-inch display with a slightly disappointing HD+ LCD resolution. On the upside, it has a high 90Hz refresh rate and is protected by Panda Glass.

A waterdrop notch is on top to hold the 8-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back, there’s a 50-megapixel main shooter with a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor.

It ships with a 33W fast charger to juice up its 5,000mAh battery. Other standard inclusions are the stereo speakers and IP54 dust and water resistance.

To make it stand out, the A77s boasts a unique Fibreglass-Leather design for the Sunset Orange version. If you want something more subtle, you can get the Starry Black variant.

Thailand gets first dibs on the OPPO A77s for a price of THB8,999 (around Php14,200). The brand is yet to announce the next country the device will be made available.
