The standard Pocophone F1 model has been in the Philippines for a couple of weeks now. And if you’re one of those who skipped it waiting for the Armoured Edition, you’re in luck as it will be finally made available in the country.

Xiaomi will start selling the Pocophone F1 Armoured Edition on September 15 at the grand opening of their newest store in SM North EDSA Annex.

For those who are unfamiliar, the Armoured Edition comes with a DuPont Kevlar aramid fiber backplate, which looks and feels really industrial.


Specs-wise, it still runs on an impressive Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, has a large 6.18-inch FHD+ screen, a 20-megapixel selfie snapper, and a dual 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear cameras.

The Pocophone F1 Armoured Edition is powered by a large 4,000mAh battery and brags a stereo speaker setup, so you can really enjoy gaming on this thing.


The Armoured Edition comes with a generous 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The new Pocophone F1 Armoured Edition will be available at the opening of the new Mi Store branch in SM North EDSA Annex for a price of Php22,990. Those who will buy the device on the said event will get a free Xiaomi Mi Bluetooth Headset.

Update: After the initial publishing of this article, Mi Store Philippines released an update stating that the incoming Pocophone F1 Armoured Edition will have a 6GB/128GB configuration, instead of the previously mentioned 8GB/256GB model.

  1. Is the screen bleeding issue also present in units sold over Lazada Philippines. Most Poco f1 users from India and Indonesia report screen bleeding.
    I am thinking of cancelling my order since no unit has been shipped yet for the 6+64 variant.
