The latest Realme 10 series is starting to grow with the addition of a new member, the Realme 10 5G.
A few days since the 4G-only version came out, the Realme 10 5G launches in China carrying none other than the trusty MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor, the most used entry-level 5G-equipped mobile CPU.
While it got a 5G upgrade, the screen took a big hit. Instead of the fancy Super AMOLED panel, it now has a less colorful 6.6-inch LCD panel. Still, it has an FHD+ pixel resolution and a fast 90Hz refresh rate.
Realme also dropped the 16-megapixel selfie camera to an 8-megapixel sensor.
Everything else is essentially the same. We still have Realme’s new design language on the back with no camera island, having each individual shooter on their respective lenses.
The main one is a sharp 50-megapixel camera that is still joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. But for this model, you’re gaining a 2-megapixel macro lens.
Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery paired with a 33W charging.
As for software, we have the Realme UI 3.0 sitting on top of Android 12.
The Realme 10 5G is available in 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB variants for a price of CNY1,299 (around Php10,500) and CNY1,599 (around Php12,900), respectively.
