realme has brought another midrange phone in the Philippines, the realme 12 5G.
The realme 12 5G tries to impress with its sharp 108-megapixel main camera that can do 3x in-sensor zoom. It also has three unique filters that was developed with Oscar-winning cinematographer Claudio Miranda.
Sadly, there’s no ultra-wide camera here. Instead, you’re only getting a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS screen with a high 120Hz refresh rate.
It also managed to get a stereo speaker setup, Hi-Res audio, face unlock, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner — also works as the Dynamic Button that can open your chosen command or shortcut.
The realme 12 5G also boasts a speedy 45W charging for the large 5,000mAh battery. realme claims a 1-50% charge will only take half an hour.
Finally, covering the software department is the latest Android 14-based realme UI 5.0.
The realme 12 5G has an SRP of Php14,999 in the Philippines for the sole 8GB/256GB model. You can get it until April 30 on TikTok Shop for a free realme Pocket Bluetooth speaker valued at Php990 and TechLife Cooling fan worth Php1,999. It will then be available in other online outlets and physical stores nationwide.
