realme Philippines just held a big event and introduced a bunch of new hardware. But the highly anticipated one, and the one everyone was talking about, are the two new smartphones: the realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro Plus.
The new realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro Plus share the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 octa-core processor, a large 5,200mAh battery, and a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
Their key differences are the charging speeds and the cameras. If you spend more on the Plus model, you’re getting an 80W charger, about double the speed of the 45W adapter realme put on the standard Pro model.
The Plus model also enjoys a more advanced 50-megapixel Sony LYT-701 main sensor with optical image stabilization, joined by a 50-megapixel LYT-600 telephoto with 3x optical zoom and also has OIS, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
Meanwhile, the Pro model lacks the telephoto lens and uses the LYT-600 sensor for the main camera. On the upside, it still has an ultra-wide lens and the same 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Both models also have an under-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, Hi-Res audio, and will run on the latest Android 14-based realme UI 5.0.
The realme 13 Pro 5G comes in a single 12GB/256GB variant for a price of Php24,999 while the realme 13 Pro Plus 5G has a price of Php28,999 and Php31,999 for the 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB models, respectively.
They can be pre-ordered in physical stores until September 4 with a free Mystery Gift Box valued up to Php29,999 (limited stocks only). Offline buyers from September 6-8 and 13-15 can win prizes worth up to Php16,990.
You can also get them at 0% interest for up to an 18-month installment plan until September 30 via Home Credit or credit cards.
