Xiaomi finally took the wraps off of the new Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro.
Announced alongside the Note 13 Pro Plus, the new Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro come with 6.67-inch AMOLED screens with a high 120Hz refresh rate, 1920PWM dimming to keep your eyes safe, and 2160Hz sampling rate for extra touch sensitivity in games.
For the vanilla Redmi Note 13, you’re getting a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, with the top-of-the-line model having 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It will come with a 100-megapixel main camera, which we’re starting to see in more devices in this segment. Sadly, there’s no ultra-wide, but it does have a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 16-megapixel shooter on the front. Xiaomi also threw in a 33W fast charger for the 5,000mAh battery.
The Redmi Note 13 has a starting price of CNY1,099 (~Php8,500) in China.

For the Redmi Note 13 Pro, you’re getting a newer Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor with the top-tier variant sporting 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It also has a bigger 5,100mAh battery with twice the charging speed at 67W.
It also sports a sharp 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP3 main camera from Samsung, joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 2-megapixel macro, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Oh, and unlike the non-Pro model, this one gets an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The new Redmi Note 13 Pro will have a starting price of CNY1,399 (~Php10,900) in China. Release details in the Philippines and other countries are yet to be known.
