Samsung has announced a new affordable 7-inch phablet.
The Samsung Galaxy J Max is an all around phone and tablet combo, just like its early predecessors. This time around, Samsung named it to the increasingly popular Galaxy J family.
It features a 7-inch WXGA TFT display, paltry 4000mAh battery, and an outdated Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Considering that this is a low-end tablet, it’s expected that it’ll never get an update to Android Nougat or even Marshmallow.
There’s an included Bluetooth wireless headset in the package so that it can be used in phone calls and listening to music.
