Samsung has finally launched their new midrange devices here in the Philippines.
Introduced back in September, the new Samsung Galaxy J4+ and Galaxy J6+ will try to cover the essentials as the company attempts to come up with a decent entry-level device.
The Samsung Galaxy J4+ comes with a 6-inch HD+ IPS screen, with a decent Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor. The chipset consists of a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, and an Adreno 308 GPU.
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and sports a 3,300mAh battery, a 5-megapixel camera for selfies, and a 13-megapixel primary camera for your Instagram feed.
The Samsung Galaxy J4+ has a price tag of Php6,990.

Next stop, we have the Samsung Galaxy J6+, a more beefed-up version of the Galaxy J4+.
This one comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The camera system has also been upgraded to 8-megapixel on the front, and a dual 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel primary cameras on the back.
On the downside, it still has a Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor, 6-inch HD+ screen, and a 3,300mAh battery. That’s a pretty disappointing configuration for a device at this price.
Speaking of which, the Samsung Galaxy J6+ is available for Php10,990.
