In an event scheduled to take place on the 5th of August, Samsung has planned the release of the Galaxy Note 20 series. It will go official at the same time as the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G.

Ice Universe, a well known insider has forecasted the price range of the device. He says the price range for the Galaxy Note 20 family could range be between $1,249 to $1,499.

The flagship Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is expected to cost around $1,299, while the standard variant of the Galaxy Note 20 will be priced $999. For comparison, the Galaxy Note 10+ and Galaxy Note 10’s starting price was $1,099 and $946, respectively.

The Galaxy Note 20 series will sport a Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O Displays with refresh rate up to 120Hz, according to previous rumors. They will be powered by the Exynos 992 or Snapdragon 865+ chipset, which will depend on the region it’s being sold. The RAM will be up to 16GB and storage will go up to 512GB. The stylus is expected to be improved, as well as the fast charging capacity which is expected to be 45W.

These new phones will feature 3 to 4 camera sensors on the back, depending on the version. An ultrasonic display fingerprint scanner will also be available. One UI 2.5 will also ship with the new Galaxy Note 20 series.

Previously, Samsung has ‘mistakenly’ revealed the Galaxy Note 20 on its Ukraine website.
