The Samsung Galaxy S7 FE has been introduced as its cheaper alternative to its flagship tablet line.
As the name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (Fan Edition) will be more affordable than the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 Plus that starts at Php47,990 in the Philippines. This new model drops a couple of flagship specs, to create a more affordable — but still feature-packed — alternative.
With that said, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. A chip was created for midrange devices. Besides its power, this one also brings the latest 5G connectivity to the device.
Both the screen and battery are quite enormous. There’s a 12.4-inch LCD screen on the front — No high refresh rate or AMOLED panel. Meanwhile, the battery is at 10,090mAh. That’s quite large, but actually just enough for a 12.9-inch tablet. It has 45W charging support, which you can achieve by purchasing a 45W charger separately.
Like its other tablets, the Galaxy Tab 7 FE comes with an S Pen. You can use it for notes, scribbles, drawing, and on the preinstalled Clip Studio Paint that you can use for free in the first six months.
For a desktop-like experience, Samsung DeX is present. You can even get it with a dedicated keyboard.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FFE is available in its German online store for EUR649 (around Php38,300).
