Sony has announced its latest phablet under its new X series.
Sony Xperia XA Ultra is a really big smartphone with its display standing at 6-inches. It’s got a Full HD screen and an edge-to-edge feature which means it stretches out through the sides of the device. There’s a metal frame surrounding the handset which makes it even more premium looking. The X series is said to be the successor of Sony’s C series of smartphones, where selfie cameras were the top priority.
Sony promises that the camera will launch in just a fraction of a second, addressing the slow start up issues on most Android phones today. At the back, you’ll find the 21.5-megapixel Sony sensor with hybrid autofocus while the front camera is a 16-megapixel shooter with Optical Imag Stabilization. Yes, the OIS is actually in the selfie camera.
