TECNO has unveiled another iPhone 17 Pro-looking budget phone, the TECNO Spark 50 4G.
Unlike the iPhone Air-inspired Spark 50 5G, the camera plateau on the TECNO Spark 50 4G looks undeniably inspired by the iPhone 17 Pro series. The Halo Blue colorway appears to have a halo surrounding the camera island, but we can’t confirm if it’s indeed actual lighting or just part of the paint job.
A big feature of the Spark 50 4G is the large 7,000mAh battery. TECNO claims it can last for up to 28 hours of continuous video playback and can keep 80% of its health after 5 years of normal use. This big battery is charged by an 18W adapter.
For the cameras, there’s a 50-megapixel sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel sensor on the front.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G81 octa-core processor, with up to 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
There’s a large 6.78-inch display with only an HD+ resolution, but a high 120Hz refresh rate. You also get features like FreeLink 2.0 to make calls from people within 1.5 km even without signals, and IP64-rated durability, drop resistance from up to 1.8m, and many AI features and an AI-powered Ella assistant.
