Vivo just wrapped an event and introduced new members of its popular V series: the new Vivo V25 and V25 Pro.
As expected, the Vivo V25 Pro offers a fancier, almost-flagship-level set of specs and features. This one is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 CPU and has a larger 6.56-inch AMOLED screen that refreshes at 120Hz and with the fingerprint scanner underneath.
Around the back, we have an ergonomic design with its curved edges, similar to what we have on the sides of the screen. An island on the top left holds the triple camera setup, led by a sharp 64-megapixel main camera rigged in an optical image stabilization.
It is joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, 2-megapixel macro, and a pixel-packed 32-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calls.
The battery has a capacity of 4,830mAh. Not the biggest, but you’d be glad to know that it comes with a 66W FlashCharge adapter.
As for the software, the V25 Pro will ship with the latest Android 12-based FuntouchOS 12. The device also uses a material that changes in color as it reacts to sunlight.
The Vivo V25 Pro comes in two variants: 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB, which retails for INR35,999 (around Php25,900) and INR39,999 (around Php28,100), respectively. Pre-orders in India start on August 17 while release details in the Philippines are yet to be announced.
