The new vivo Y37 5G comes out as an addition to the brand’s budget-friendly line-up.
Powering the vivo Y37 5G is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of expandable storage. Software is handled by the latest Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0.
Like most of the series, the Y37 5G only has a low-resolution HD+ screen, but does get a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Audio comes from a single loudspeaker with a 150% volume boost mode.
For battery, the Y37 5G gets the usual 5,000mAh capacity paired with 15W charging.
A dual-camera setup is found on the back consisting of a 13-megapixel main shooter, which can do 10x of digital zoom. Next to it is a flicker sensor while on the front, we have a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
It also features an IP54 dust and splash-resistant body.
The vivo Y37 5G is available in China for a price of CNY1,199 (~Php9,700) for the 4GB/128GB model, CNY1,499 (~Php12,100) for the 6GB/128GB, CNY1,799 (~Php14.500) for the 8GB/128GB, and CNY1,999 (~Php16,100) and CNY2,099 (~Php16,900) for the 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB, respectively.
