The Infinix GT 20 Pro is currently the brand’s most popular release. It appears that the product is so popular that it has spawned a bunch of counterfeits in the market.
Now, Infinix Mobile Philippines has issued a warning against counterfeit GT 20 Pro units that are “increasingly flooding the market.” To help fight knockoffs, the company has shared tips on how you can spot the fake from the original.

From what it looks like, it’s very easy to tell. In our full review of the GT 20 Pro, we really liked the unboxing experience thanks to the cool way it unfolds when you open it up. In Infinix’s guide, they put the original box next to the fake box, and as you can see, the difference is night and day.
The original has the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and ML Professional League logos. while the fake one has the Komi logo.

You can also tell them apart by the design on the back. The original has a blue and light blue colorway while the latter is black and white. The fake one also lacks the Infinix branding on the back.
To ensure you have the right Infinix GT 20 Pro unit, you should only get them at official channels. Infinix has official stores in Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and in offline stores with branches you can check here: https://ph.infinixmobility.com/find-a-store.
