Xiaomi has released another smartphone under the Redmi brand. This time we have the Xiaomi Redmi Go, a device for the low-end market.
As the name suggests, the Xiaomi Redmi Go will run on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition. And with that, expect the device to have the most humble, yet capable, specs around.
On the front, we have a 5-inch HD display, with a noticeably chunky notch on the top and bottom. Under the hood, we have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage. That’s a pretty decent combo to get you through day-to-day tasks.
The Redmi Go offers a 3,000mAh battery, which can surely deliver an entire day (or two) of longevity, considering the underpowered hardware that it needs to power.
We’re also seeing a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, while on the back we have a single 8-megapixel primary shooter.
