Xiaomi intros yet another pair of budget-friendly TWS earphones, the Redmi Buds 6 Lite.

The new Redmi Buds 6 Lite comes with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that can eliminate ambient noise of up to 40dB and features 2kHz wide-frequency noise cancellation.

It also has a dual-microphone setup and a special AI noise reduction system that eliminates 6m/s wind noise, to ensure your voice is picked up loud and clear during voice calls.

For the actual sound, each bud comes with large 12.4mm titanium dynamic drivers that Xiaomi claims can offer powerful bass and exquisite treble.

If you want to tailor your listening experience, you can download the Xiaomi Earbuds app and play with the EQ settings. There are four presets built-in: Standard, Enhanced Treble, Enhanced Bass, and Enhanced Voice. The app is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store for iPhones.

The buds also support AAC high-quality audio and utilize Bluetooth 5.3 with support for Bluetooth Low Energy, HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP, and have a 10-meter range. Google Fast Pair is also supported.

Xiaomi has also improved the design to fit more comfortably to the user’s ears, has a button and LED light on the case to show pairing and charging status, and a long 38-hour battery life with USB charging. Xiaomi claims a 10-minute charge can already provide 2 hours of music playback.

Available in Blue, White, and Black, the Redmi Buds 6 Lite has a price of EUR14.99 (~Php900) in select European markets. Availability in other markets is yet to be announced.
