Sony Philippines just launched its latest and greatest headphones in the country, the WH-1000XM5.
The new Sony WH-1000XM5 comes with a dedicated Integrated Processor V1 and HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1. It also has a multi-noise sensor technology as it was rigged with multiple microphones for “industry-leading noise cancelation.”

Audio is provided by the specially-designed 30mm drivers, which also help enhance noise cancelation. The cans also come with Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless technology. The WH-100XM5 features DSEE Extreme tech, which utilizes Edge-AI technology that upscales compressed music in real-time.

Other notable extras include Speak-to-Chat, which automatically pauses the music and lets in ambient sound when you start to talk to someone. It also has special controls to give you quick access to things like resuming Spotify music and Ok Goole or Alexa voice assistant.

The headphones also have Google’s Fast Pair technology, has a multipoint connection, and can be configured with Sony’s Headphones Connect app.
Sony claims that the WH-1000XM5 can last for up to 30 hours on a single charge via its USB PowerDelivery port.

The Sony WH-1000XM5 has a price of Php20,999 in the Philippines and is now up for pre-order until June 19 with a free Php2,000 Philippine Airlines E-Gift Card. It’s available on participating dealers across the country.
