The OPPO Brand Store in SM City Dasmariñas recently reopened after undergoing a comprehensive redesign aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
In a press release, OPPO Philippines stated that the revamped store features a modern design that embodies the company’s dedication to providing innovative technologies and top-notch customer service. Loyal customers have access to a number of services, including device setup, personalized consultations with staff trained as OPPO knowledge experts, and extensive after-sales support such as the OPPO Care program.
The store also offers exclusive promotions. Back in March, it hosted the local launch of the OPPO Reno11 F 5G, a 6.7-inch smartphone with thin and light design, flexible cameras, and great battery life, according to our official review. Brand ambassador David Licauco was present during the launch for a meet and greet. Fast forward to July, the store was one of the participating branches where customers who pre-ordered the OPPO Reno12 5G could win exciting prizes.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by key figures from OPPO Philippines, including Mike Chen, an OBS and training manager; Aron Huang, a regional sales manager; Jin Zhou, a national retail director; Zen Han, the national sales vice president; and Damon Huang, the chief executive officer. Kevin Ang, the owner of Rulls Cellphones and Accessories, was also in attendance.
