All-in-one (AIO) computers are a popular option for businesses and consumers who want to save space. Acer is taking it a step further by releasing one that’s also sustainable. Meet the Acer Veriton Veo.

The company brags that the new Acer Veriton Veo AIO has an EPEAT Gold certification for being eco-friendly as it was built using 30% “post-consumer plastic material” and ships with 100% recyclable paper material. It even comes with a PCR-made keyboard and mouse.

Despite that, this AIO packs a punch as it’s more than just your average office computer. This machine can be had with the latest 12th-Gen Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA GeForce MX550 GPU. It can also come with up to 64GBof RAM and 2TB of SSD storage.

It also has modern connectivity features like WiFi 6E and USB Type-C with up to 20Gbps of transfer speeds.

The main highlight here is the 24-inch FHD+ IPS screen. Just the right size to give a roomy space to work with while still small enough to be easily transferred around.

Acer also brags its 5-megapixel flippable camera, so you can switch the angle towards the rest of the room when video conferencing. It also has an IR camera for Windows Hello.

For privacy, the Veriton comes with Tobii Aware technology, which intelligently auto-locks your computer when someone tries to peek at your screen while you’re away.

The Acer Veriton Vero has a starting price of USD799 (around Php41,800). It will be initially available in the US starting October, while release details in the Philippines are yet to be known.

  1. The hardware of the Acer Veriton Vero is what distinguishes it most from other AIOs. This PC is well-equipped to tackle pretty about everything you throw at it thanks to the strength of a 12th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU, a discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX550 GPU, and up to 64GB of dual-channel DDR4 3200MHz RAM.
