Do you want a full PC that fits in your pocket? The ASUS VivoStick, which has made its way to the Philippines, is a flash drive-sized Windows computer that is possibly the most portable computer you can own. Great if you want to take your work on a business trip or vacation but don’t want to carry a laptop. It can also be used to smarten up your TV.
The ASUS VivoStick is really small and sleek and has a design similar to a vape pen. This one is only 16.5mm thin, 135mm tall, and weighs 75g.
So, how it works? The device has a male HDMI connection that you attach to an office monitor, hotel TV, or any screen with an HDMI port, allowing you to take your work anywhere.
If the back of the TV is a little tight, it comes with an HDMI extension cable for flexibility. There’s also a holder mount to keep in place at the side of your display. Power is provided by the 18W USB adapter plugged through the microUSB port.
To give a full desktop-like experience, it runs on an Intel Atom Z8350 quad-core processor, with Intel HD graphics, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. It runs on Windows 10 Pro operating system to handle word documents, presentations, and even stream content from Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, and more.
Connectivity features are also quite flexible. It has dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, and USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. Oddly enough, there’s no USB Type-C. You can also use the Vivo Remote app that turns your device into a wireless keyboard and mouse.

The ASUS VivoStick with 2GB/32GB configuration is available in the Philippines for only Php9,990 and can be had on the ASUS LazMall store and PC stores like Villman. It comes with free 100GB of ASUS WebStorage for 1 year. No word yet if the higher 4GB/64GB model is also coming.
