In a grandiose way to introduce their brand new logo and refreshed brand idea “Go Where Your Heart Beats”, Lazada SouthEast Asia, which includes the Philippines, is introducing the Lazada Mid-Year Festival.
With the Lazada Mid-Year Festival, one of SEA’s biggest eCommerce platform will give sale discounts and hold special surprises on this annual event.
On June 12, 2019, shoppers can expect special discount on a lot of items available at Lazada Philippines. And to encourage more customers to participate, the company have teamed up with participating sellers to provide free shipping deals. They will also give free Lazada vouchers throughout the day.
Other than the special promos, Lazada also introduced a new in-app live show called GUESS IT to improve their Shoppertainment strategy. The show will give away up to Php8 Million worth of Lazada wallet credits, with celebrity Alex Diaz as the host.
As per Jason Huan, Lazada Philippines’ Chief Marketing Officier, GUESS IT aims to “excite and engage” their customers and sellers as they also push the limits of eCommerce’ potential to engage with their customers.
Lazada’s LazGames will also be a big thing at the Mid-Year Festival. Now, there’s a new leaderboard that will help participants track their cumulative scores. Brands can also customize their LazGames with their own logo and selection of products.
To fully promote their new identity, Lazada Philippines will also add James Reid and Nadine Lustre, two of the most popular local celebrities today, in their roster of ambassadors. A special Lazada Mid-Year Festival concert will be held to celebrate this milestone, with the date and details available soon.
