Step 1: Download the GlobeOne app on Android and iOS devices and create an account.

Step 2: Go to the Buy section.

Step 3: Tap Buy GFiber Prepaid.

Step 4: Tap “Apply Now”.

Step 5: Input your address and use the red pin to point to your exact location. This will check if the service is available in your area.

Step 6: Click Buy.

Step 7: Input your mobile number and register a 6-digit PIN. This will create an account that you can use to track your order.

Step 8: Type the OTP sent to you via SMS.

Step 9: Complete your personal information and address. Click Submit, then settle the payment via GCash. They also accept buy-now-pay-later programs such as GGives and GCredit.
