Requirements for Globe Fiber application
All you need is to submit one of any of the following valid IDs:
- Driver’s License
- UMID
- SSS
- BIR / TIN
- Passport

- Pag-ibig ID
- Voter’s ID
How to apply for Globe Fiber home internet
There are two convenient ways you can apply for a Globe at Home fiber plan: online and offline. We find the online method faster and easier as we were able to conveniently complete the application in the comfort of our home and even when we’re at the office.
On the other hand, doing the offline method means that you have to physically visit your nearest store. While it can be tiresome, assistance from an actual Globe representative can be really helpful.
Apply for Globe Fiber online
Step 1: Visit Globe’s GFiber website page: https://new.globe.com.ph/gfiber. Then, click “Check my address”.
Step 2: Key in your province, city, and barangay. This process ensures that Globe GFiber is available in your area before proceeding with the whole process.
Step 3: As a continuation of step 2, you have to complete your address by choosing if it’s a house or condominium, then adding all the other details like house number, street, floor number, etc. You should also input your mobile number.
Afterward, use the red pin to exactly point to your location on the map. Once done, click “Check my address”.
Step 4: If Globe Fiber internet is available in your area, you should land on Globe’s website where it will show plan recommendations. Pick the one you like then click “Proceed with this plan”.
Step 5: Fill up your personal information. Scroll down and click “Upload documents”.
Step 6: Upload a jpeg photo, pdf, or GIF of the front and back of one (1) valid ID and specify the ID type. Tick the Terms and Conditions below and click Submit.
Make sure that the image is clear, so the system can read it easily.
Step 7: Make sure that all the details are correct and submit your application.
Apply for Globe Fiber in physical stores
Step 1: Secure at least 1 valid ID (see the list of accepted IDs below).
Step 2: Proceed to your nearest Globe store and ask a representative for assistance. You can check the full list of Globe stores through their website.
How much is the installation fee for Globe GFiber?
Globe at Home offers free installation in select areas. You should know during your application process if your area is eligible for the free installation. If not, you shall see how much it will cost.
As an alternative, Globe is offering staggered payments for installation fees, which can be split into 3 months.

In select areas, Globe is offering quick installation as fast as 24 hours (1 day).
If your area is not eligible for the fast installation, it may take 5 to 7 days for those in Luzon and 7 to 10 days for those living in Visayas and Mindanao.
