How to apply for Converge Fiber
There are two convenient ways you can apply for a Converge ICT subscription. First, you can do the whole process in the comfort of your home. But if you’re not too technically advanced, you can go to your nearest Converge branch for assistance.
Apply Converge Fiber online
Step 1: Visit Converge’s FiberX internet website: https://gofiber.ph/apply-now
Step 2: Here you have to confirm if Converge ICT is available in your area.
To do so, type your first name, last name, mobile number, and email. Click the checkbox and hit Continue.
Step 3: Key in your address, then use the map to pin your exact location. Once done, click “Continue”.
Step 4: You shall see a pop-up like the one in the image below confirming that Converge Fiber is available in your area.
Now, click “Continue to Application”.
Step 5: Complete the rest of the application form that asks for your basic information, address, contact, and application information (employed or self-employed).
Step 6: Choose your plan and bundles.
Step 7: Review your cart and choose the mode of payment.
Step 8: Upload an image or pdf file of any government-issued ID, proof of billing, and proof of income (optional). After that, don’t forget to specify the document type in the “Sub document type”.
Step 9: Double-check that all the details you typed are correct. Click the checkboxes and tap “Submit”.
Apply Converge Fiber via physical branches
Proceed to your nearest Converge Business Centers. Make sure you bring proof of identification, and if you’re applying for a plan that’s worth Php3,000/month and above, you should also bring proof of income and billing. You can see the list below of accepted documents.
How long is the Converge lock-in period?
Just like most postpaid plans, household internet or mobile, all of Converge’s Fiber plans come with a 24-month or 2-year lock-in period.
Converge internet minimum speed and service reliability
According to Converge’s website, their Fiber have 30% minimum guaranteed speed of your plan with 80% service reliability.
How much is the Converge installation fee?
Converge ICT is charging an installation fee of Php2,500 as a straight payment. If that’s too much, you can make a staggered payment of Php125/month for 24 months, which will be automatically added to your monthly bill.
How long before my Converge Fiber is installed?
After a successful application, a Converge ICT representative will install the unit in your home and activate your connection on their system. The whole process may take two to four days. Some may even take weeks, depending on the company’s availability.

Step 1: Visit Converge’s official website here: https://gofiber.ph
Type your name, contact number, and email address.
Step 2: Input your province, municipality/city, barangay, and location type (subdivision, building, others), and choose the name of the subdivision/building.
Afterward, use the map to pin your exact location. Finally, click “Check Serviceability” at the bottom.
Step 3: You shall get a pop-up similar to the image below if Converge ICT is available in your area. From here, you can click “Continue to Application” if you want to proceed.
