There are two ways you can apply for a PLDT Fiber subscription: first, there’s the online method, which is more convenient as you can complete the process at the comfort of your home or anywhere you are. How long is the PLDT lock-in period?

PLDT Fiber plans are subject to 30% minimum speed (of the plan you’re subscribed to) at 80% service reliability.

How much is the PLDT installation fee?

A PLDT Home Fiber subscription comes with an installation and modem fee of Php3,600. Subscribers have the option to pay it in full upfront, or make staggered payments of Php100 per month for 36 months, which will be automatically added to your monthly bill.
