Is PLDT Fiber internet available in my location?

Step 1: Visit the PLDT Fiber website here:


Step 2: Scroll down and see the list of available Fiber internet plans. Choose the plan you want to apply or upgrade to and click “Apply Now”.


Step 3: Choose if you live in a “House or Apartment” or “Condominium”. Then, fill up your address details.


Step 4: Scroll down a little bit more and wait for the map to load. You can adjust the pin for better precision of your location. Finally, click the “Check” button at the bottom right.


Step 5: Wait for the process to finish and you shall get a confirmation if PLDT Fiber is available in your place or not. If it’s available, you can click “Continue” and start with the application process.


Why do I get “Sorry, we have encountered an error” on PLDT Fiber checker?

This error that you get when checking for PLDT Fiber internet area availability doesn’t seem to be a server issue and could be due to your pinned location. You may try to repeat the process to see if the issue persists.

Is PLDT Fiber better than DSL?

As the name suggests, PLDT Fiber uses the more modern fiber optic cables, which offer much faster and more reliable speeds than the traditional copper telephone cables that DSL use.

PLDT Fiber is not available in my area, what can I do?

If PLDT Fibr is really not available in your address, you can choose from other fiber internet providers in the Philippines.

But if you’re coming from PLDT DSL, you can terminate your subscription altogether by following these steps. You can also have your PLDT line transferred to a new address, possibly in a new location with Fiber access.
