Why do I get “Sorry, we have encountered an error” on PLDT Fiber checker?
This error that you get when checking for PLDT Fiber internet area availability doesn’t seem to be a server issue and could be due to your pinned location. You may try to repeat the process to see if the issue persists.
As a fix, we tried moving the pin to a different street from our place and finally got a successful result. Since it is still from the same subdivision/village, the result should be the same in your exact location.
