Globe is one of the biggest telcos in the Philippines offering a wide array of internet services from mobile connectivity to household fiber internet. However, customers of a company this big are prone to service interruptions, outages, and other problems.
That’s why Globe Telecom has put up a pretty robust customer service support that you can access on pretty much any method or channel. These support channels can be used by Globe prepaid, postpaid, Platinum, GoWiFi, and even Globe at Home subscribers.

Ways to contact Globe customer service
Globe Telecom has put up a few ways that you can reach their customer service support to help voice out your concerns. Unlike the others, Globe’s channels are pretty narrow yet straightforward. That said, you can easily contact them for free through their hotlines, social media, and one messaging platform. We’ve detailed all of them below.
What is Globe’s hotline number?
You can contact Globe’s hotline service via the numbers below. Don’t worry, as the call is free of charge:
- Globe: 211
- TM: 808
- Landline: 027739-100
Contact Globe Telecom using its mobile app
Like other telcos, the GlobeOne app allows you to monitor your data consumption, reload your account, settle payments, and more.
But upon checking, the new GlobeOne app doesn’t seem to have a feature that lets you contact the company’s customer support — at least for now. So, make sure you download the app from the Apple App Store for iPhones, Google Play Store for Android, and Huawei AppGallery, so you’re ready once it’s available.
How to contact Globe through Facebook
You can easily reach Globe Telecom by sending them a message through their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/globeph/. You’d be greeted with Globe’s Digital Assistant, which is essentially a chatbot that can instantly respond to your pressing concerns.
If the bot can’t address your problem, you will be assigned to an actual agent.
How to contact Globe via Twitter
In our opinion, Twitter is one of the fastest ways you can reach any customer service from any company (if they are active on the platform).
Globe has a dedicated Twitter page to assist its customers. For concerns, you can send them a direct message through the Twitter account @talk2GLOBE.
Reach Globe customer service using Viber
Globe has different Viber Communities to help address your problems. On your Viber app, go to the QR scanner > scan the QR that corresponds to your nearest location > and join the group.

Get in touch with Globe Telecom customer support via email
To make it easier and faster for users to voice out their concerns, it’s best to reach Globe through the other channels on this list.
However, business users can still reach them officially via the email address mybusinesscare@globe.com.ph.
What are the things I can ask Globe customer support?
Globe’s Digital Assistant feature can help you with these concerns:
- Mobile and broadband plan reconnection
- Repair requests for broadband plans
- Check application
- Billing issues, termination requests, or other complex concerns and we’ll call you back
- Report a spam, scams, etc.
What do I need to prepare when contacting Globe customer support?
Much like any customer service request, when contacting Globe’s customer support, make sure you’re ready to provide the account holder’s name, account number, mobile number (if available), and of course, your concern.
As a tip, it’s best to have your latest monthly bill with you (if available) as it usually contains all the important details that the Globe representative might ask.
Globe Customer Service Hours
Globe’s Digital Assistant, which is essentially an advanced chatbot that’s always ready to respond, is available 24/7 on its Facebook and Twitter pages. However, for a more advanced concern, an agent will only be able to reach you from 9AM to 8PM.
These are the ways you can reach Globe’s customer support. PLDT customers can also check these channels in case they need help. On the other hand, Converge has prepared different methods for their customers.
