Thanks to local gaming stores like DataBlitz, we’re now seeing more and more handheld PCs here in the Philippines. Now, the retailer also brought the AYANEO 2021 Pro in the country.
Like a lot of these devices, the AYANEO 2021 Pro boasts a Nintendo Switch-like design. The controls sandwich the 7-inch IPS screen that has 215ppi and 500-nits of peak brightness. Not the sharpest display, but helps the CPU to handle games smoother.
Speaking of which, this console is powered by an AMD Ryzen R7 4800I processor. An 8-core, 16-thread CPU that has a boost clock of up to 4.2GHz. It’s paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.
It then has a large fan and wide exhaust grills to keep the temps down. As per the company, it can run triple-A games smoothly. That includes Red Dead Redemption 2, Forza Horizon 4, and even Cyberpunk.
As for controls, the AYANEO 2021 Pro has the standard analog sticks on each side, as well as D-pad, XYBA buttons, and liner triggers. Dedicated Windows function buttons are also present.
The device then has a 47WH battery, which the company claims can last for up to 5 hours under normal usage. For connectivity, the device is rigged with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. Ports selection include 3x full-featured USB Type-C ports, with two of them being USB 3.2 that has both power and DisplayPort support.
Those who are interested can get the AYANEO 2021 Pro in the Philippines via DataBlitz for a price of Php60,995. There’s also an HD tempered film + storage case bundle for Php62,295. It’s available in three colors: Dark Star, Light Moon, and Retro Power.
Meanwhile, Intel fans can checkout the offering from ONEXPLAYER, which is also available on DataBlitz.
