Being a company that’s been around since 1982, EA Games has been one of the biggest publishers in the industry having created tons of franchises that you’ve either heard of or already played.

But as you know, nothing lasts forever. With its 40 years of existence, EA Games continues to create new titles for the future. However, some of the older ones will not be able to join for the ride.

The company announced that it will be shutting down some of its older games. However, the company did clarify that you’d still be able to play their offline, single-player components. Albeit, online modes like co-op play and other features will be gone as they will be shutting down their servers.

EA will be shutting down the servers of select EA Sports titles for Google Stadia since the said platform will also soon be put down.

  • Google Stadia versions of FIFA 21, FIFA 22, and FIFA 23
  • Google Stadia versions of Madden 21 and Madden 2022

January 19

The publisher will also be shutting down the servers of select XBOX 360 and PS3-era games. You can check them out below.
