The NU Bulldogs from the Philippines have won the OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series. They beat Malaysia’s KPTM x Velocity in a tense final match to become the grand champions.
The competition had eight top college teams from across Southeast Asia. The Bulldogs stayed calm under pressure and played a very controlled game. Instead of rushing into fights, they held their positions and waited for the other team to make mistakes. That patient style paid off.
By the time the Grand Finals came around, the Bulldogs were dictating the pace of the game. They won more team fights and took down key objectives. The win is another sign that the Philippines is becoming a major force in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang tournament scene.

The total prize pool for the event was USD 100,000. The Bulldogs took home a huge share of that money.
Chloe Zeng, who is the IMC Manager at OPPO, said the company was proud of all the teams. She explained that OPPO wants to help young esports players grow by giving them good platforms to compete on. She also said the strong turnout for this year’s event showed how gaming can bring people together. OPPO worked with MOONTON Games to put on the tournament.
