All good things come to an end. In the case of Flyff Online, it is its announced closure of service on August 31, 2022, that will render the game no longer playable beyond the stated date.
In anticipation of the massively-multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG)’s imminent demise, PlayPark FlyFF announced via social media that all PlayMall transactions for Flyff Online will officially cease by July 31, 2022.
While truly a sad time for long-time Flyff Online fans, PlayPark is asking its fan base to not “lose heart,” teasing on what appears to be a new project from the PlayPark Flyff Team.
In the post, PlayPark FlyFF suggests an upcoming developing project that is nearing its completion, which will be revealed in due time.
Flyff, otherwise known as Fly for Fun, is a South Korean game studio-developed MMORPG that hit the global market back in the 2000s. It has since become an icon in the genre because of its widespread popularity and longstanding presence.
