A Filipino student created a 2D game that features a couple of traditional games in the Philippines.
Paul Arnante is a student of Ateneo De Naga University College of Computer Studies that’s taking BS in Digital Illustration and Animation majoring in Game Development.
For this senior project, Arnante developed a 2D game called One Last Game for Windows PC. It features a couple of Filipino traditional games like Sipa, Tumbang Preso, and Dodge Ball (Tamaang Tao).
The game follows the story of a young boy named Danny, who is spending his last days in their neighborhood before moving to a different city after his father got a huge job promotion.

For his last day, the goal is for Danny to “settle some scores, say goodbyes, and more importantly, have fun.”
A lot of commenters praised the game’s nostalgic art style and its “cute, relaxing, and heartwarming” nature.

Since it is only available for Windows, some people are requesting it to be ported to mobile devices such as Android and iOS.
