We all love things that are free, tangible or otherwise. But when you are talking about cloud storage arising from a promotion, sometimes the offer you are getting may not live up to its fullest meaning — Free it may be but it does not mean it has to last forever.

While there is already a myriad of file hosting sites out there that may fit the description, a certain few brands may be worthier of discussion due to their relative prominence within the digital community.

Here’s how you shall see the expiration date of any promotions you may have availed based on the following cloud storage brands:

Dropbox

Using a web browser, simply log into your account. Navigate towards the button which says “Account Name” and then choose “Settings” on the drop-down menu.

From there, move towards the “Account” tab and click on “View All Space.” This will highlight all of your accrued data as well as any promotion you may have subscribed with along with its corresponding expiration date.

Google Drive

On Google Drive’s website, choose to log into your account. On the upper-right portion of the screen is a “cog-like” icon which implies the “Settings” option.

Under the “General” tab, your storage should be displayed at the top-most portion which shows how much of the total capacity had already been used. Click on the button below it to lead to a pie chart which summarizes your cloud storage account’s breakdown of contents and possible info involving expiring promotions.

OneDrive

Not as active as both Dropbox and Google Drive when it comes to promotions but should you any, there is a button similar to Google Drive’s which you shall see on the web’s main interface and then choose option.
